I had purchased a Calvin Kelin T-Shirt from ’FashionAndYou’ online shopping in the month of July 2013. I had asked them to send the size of ’S’ (Small) but they delivered the size of ’L’ (Large).
When I contacted them and asked them for return and for exchange, no proper response I received. I had repeatedly called them, sent mails to them but they just gave a blank confirmation for pick up.
Ironically, these people demand for money in advance for any product but when it comes to issues faced by the consumers like us, they become blind.
Since then, I NEVER purchased any product from ’FashionAndYou’ online shopping. They are just mending money for their own benefit and fooling around with the customers.
