Damn !!Only if I’d read the reviews (on mouthshut) before placing order with Fashion nYou ! First of all, placing order itself is so painful ..they give you something like 30 mints to check out...shopping in such a jiffy doesnt give you enough time for you to think, least of all, cross checking the colour of the product (you wont think the colour of the pic/product uploaded would be so different when u r in a hurry to check out).
Secondly they dont believe in replying to the msgs you send them regarding your order.Unprofessional ppl !
Thirdly, they dont really believe in calling up customers and keeping them informed about the shipment/dispatch....no smses even unlike Hoopos.com (Btw Hoopos guys are very warm and customer friendly, love their products, schemes and customer service!) !
I ordered four things from Fashion and You.com, one of which was a Saree for my sis worth Rs, 2500/-, the Image had blue colour and when u scroll down in description they had ’violet’ writted there (remember I had to order four things in 30 mints !!) which I didnt think was very impt as I liked the colour on Display any whichway !
First of all they divided my consignment into 3 parts.And when I rec’d the Saree I was shocked to see such a bright Violet colour.On calling up for exchange they were soo eager to tell me that its my mistake and I gotto live with it (Thank You but no thank you !), yuck I feel stupid, irritated for having wasted my money on something as disgusting at that.
But at the same time now I know where NOT to shop and waste money + energy and time !
But, I will always hate Fashion and You for being soo unkind !
