Never ending wait for my order

Hi,

I had ordered for a very attractive and reasonably priced kurti (Order 3294415) on the 9th of September this year. After waiting for ages for status changes on the website, it finally went to ’Under courier’ towards the end of October.

It is now December and the order is still ’Under Courier’.

My only consolation is that the product didn’t cost that much (Rs 749/-).

I have sent mails to Customer Support, but haven’t even received any response.

This kind of deception is not acceptable, considering that their competitors deliver on time(or even before) and with promised quality. Wonder how long they will last?

Hi swepaul,Our records show that your Order placed on 9th Sept, 2013, was delivered on 21st of September, 2013. However, since you contacted us regarding non-delivery, our Customer Care agents checked again. They contacted you via e-mail informing you of the delivery.
