Please take my advice and do not shop on this site. If you do shop for a different size or if you are not sure of the product, don’t even think of buying it cos their refund process is bad! I made a mistake of buying an expensive product and when returned the product, they would not refund the amount to my bank account as I had requested.
After much argument with customer support, they agreed to refund to bank, only on the submission of a valid ID proof! And let me tell you, I have been shopping on this site for years and they still ask for an id proof! Even after submission, they send an Email that "as per the policy, first the refund will be done in form of Store Credits. Later, the store credits will be revoked into you bank account".
And how long does all this process take?! Almost a month! And who has got the time like that! This is how they treat loyal customers. Today I took few mins from my work to write this so some one out there don’t waste time as I did.
