I placed this order on the 10th of September. It was supposed to be an express sale and my product was supposed to be delivered within 2-7 working days. Its the 27th today, and I still have not received it. I have raised a complaint with you CC team, not once but twice. Reference numbers are 2393915 and 2336403.
I received a call from your courier partners two days back, stating that the product will be delivered and the matter will be looked into. I see no action taken.
This is the second time I am writing to FnU with regard to this order and have written a couple of times previously as well, expecting that my complaint would be heard and the matter resolved. This has never happened. I work for an e-commerce portal myself and know that how irritating it is for customers when they face such issues, repeatedly.
I have been a loyal FnU customer, expecting the service to improve, but have always been let down. A few cases I remember having faced are: My order being lost, someone else receiving it and I had not received any update/ call/ mail while or post delivery.
I bought a sari for my mom, the quality of the product was pathetic. Similarly a bag I bought chose to rip open in 3 uses!! Another bag, seams were all ripped open. None of my products, have ever been delivered on time, even though I reside in a metro.
These are just a few, I am pretty sure if I go through mine and my familys order history, I will find many many more cases. I think I have had enough. This would be my last time shopping at FnU. I think as a customer, I have many more options for shopping online.
I know this email would also not be honored or looked into and I do not expect anything to be done.
Its just that I have been left a sorry and unhappy customer, who will never shop at your portal again.
