Fashionandyou is probably the most famous online site in India but it also has to be the most worst site in India. I bought a perfume & a necklace which was supposed to be swarovski crystal for my wife but it turned out to be glass.
The perfume came in a dirty old box and I’m not sure if its genuine or not. Tried contacting customer service but either they don’t give a response or they just ask you to return the products without any further information on refunds. It’s disappointing and a huge headache to deal with this when online shopping is meant to make our life easy. Never again!
