I had ordered(Order number-1820938) two kurthis, for which I had paid thousand and odd rupees, I got delivered after long follow up, this is the case when the sale was displayed on the website as express shipping within 24hrs, first step of bad service.
The kurthis which I got was not the worth rupees I paid, moreover the sizes were not suiting, as the size they mention on the website is not the one which I got, For example, On website it shows size "S" is 32" Chest, but when I ordered it and got it, It was "S" only but the measurement was 30", second step of unsatisfactory, next called up the customer support, arranged for a reverse pick up, I was promised the courier guy would come within 2 days and will pick up the product back and they asked to do some procedures which I did promptly, Here also, after a week follow up, the parcel was picked up, third step of worst customer service Jalak.
Now I have been following it up for my refund from past two months, but people their are worst people have no concern to even reply back to our emails, the only which I get is, "your case is escalated to higher management, please wait for 3 working days " this is actually funny and silly, in this computer age, they want 3 working days to just give a update or to take action, this shows their attitude and ignorance towards the customer concern and also indirectly they say, we cant refund the money. They promised me that they will give me credits in my account, but nothing happened yet.
Lastly, this is fraud company, cheating people.
Totally a bad experience and fed up of following up with this shameless creatures.
