I ordered a dress which was extremely expensive from this horrible website, it looked very classy online as soon as I opened the package I saw a shitty dress which I would never wear even if given for free.. it was a white dress from a foreign brand and they gave a piece of cloth which looked pathetic didn’t match even a bit to the pic that was posted, so I call the cm service number and a girl answered and I swear I haven’t spoken to anybody so RUDE in my life so bottom line I wasn’t given the credit for the product even though I returned it.. I tried calling the cm service several hundred times and everytime.
I called they said " Sorry for the inconvenience (Hell yes its an inconvenience) I have escalated it (God knws if they even know what it means) and it will be resolved in 72 hrs( Their 72 hrs is forever)" .
DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM HERE !! I have shopped from other websites and never faced any issues but this website SUCKS !!
