I ordered a fragrance kit in the site, the courier co. said the co. has asked to deliver it back to the office, when I called up they acknowledged the recpt and said they will refund.now the status is saying delivered and they are refusing refund. they think customers can be taken for a ride.Just stay waway from the site. Their blow out sale is another eye wash.
They will show products at ridiculously low price like 1 rs..etc.when you order after some days they will write they cannot fullfill the order and cacel the order. and tehn you have to be behind them for refund. vey poor customer service
