I have purchased a product on 18th April and it is more than 15 days I have not received any correspondrnce regarding the product, nor the order status! It was me who called up twice to check and they bluntly said u will get the product when it is stock!
Why do u take the orders if the product is not available!!!.....ur system is not updated regarding the order status?
If yes it is ur responsibility to keep the customers rest assured that their money is safe....and the order should be cancelled if the customer wishes so, maybe the requirement is over!
I found all this very inconvenient and has given me a bad experience regarding the site, even the return policy is tiresome.......
Please improve ur customer support than advertising on Facebook....just to attract the customers and then keep them waiting once the money is in ur pocket!!!
