I had ordered tshirts from Fashion and You on Dec 22nd 2010 through my credit card as a gift to my father. Till date I haven’t received the order. I send them an email saying that I havent received the order yet but I guess they are too busy to reply to emails. So I thought of calling them up. When I called them on 31st Jan they said that they had dispatched it on 14th Jan 2011 and it has been delivered to me on 17th Jan 2011 on the address mentioned. Since it was my office address I checked the register for the same but it doesnt have any mention of any parcel from FASHIONANDYOU.
So I called back again on the 0120673999 which I tell you takes 15 minutes to get connected, till then they keep telling you that you are a valuable customer and some executive will take ur call shortly.
on 1st Feb 2011 my call was taken by Sheeba and she told me that they have asked for a POD fron DTDC which will take 24 hrs to come, so she will call me in 24 hrs. But as I knew it still didnt bother to call me back.
Then I called back again on 2nd Feb2011, now this time it was Shweta who took the call and to my shock she told me that they will receive POD from DTDC in next 72 hrs.
It has many times I have called with no representative picking up the call. I feel cheated and is at complete loss as I have paid the money, not got the parcel and also I have already spend lot of money on STD calls.
FASHIONANDYOU is a cheater!
