I had ordered two Sana Safinaz suits from this site at discounted price with COD option(order no. 1298755) and it was my second time that I brought something from internet. I got shock of my life when I opened the box. The suits which they sent were not only totally different but something that you won’t even buy for your maid. When I called their customer service they asked me to send it back to them as it was mistake from their end. Now I sent back their product, and they received it on 18th Jan. Now it has been 23rd Jan and still when I called them today they are yet to confirm whether they have received product at their end.
For a website which sells product this is just bullshit. Firstly they don’t know what they are sending secondly they don’t even acknowledge receiving product back. And customer service person will nicely tell you that they have recorded our complaint and they will send us mail in 24 hrs ie. three working days.
Please do not buy products from this website if you don’t want to get cheated. I really don’t know when will I get my refund back.
Try Privatesales.com instead. I first experience was with them, timely service, good customer care and up to the mark.
