Placed an order on 17th July and realized on the 21st day after placing the order that the order has not even been dispatched yet! So I had to call the customer care twice to get a status where not a single person could help me trace my order. Sent a query on their godawful website that provided no clarity on the status either.
Apparently even my order history wasnt displaying any useful information. My previous order didnt even show up on the order history page even till the order was delivered. Btw, even the previous order required a few calls to the customer service to hasten the process. This was supposed to be a birthday gift which obviously didnt reach on time. I appreciate my adventurous attitude to place another order with this website after that experience!
Sent another mail which again got answered by a vague email that gave no clarity on when I will receive the order or if I will be receiving it at all. Till 14th August I still didnt see a sign/update/response from their team. Therefore, I had to post nasty stinkers on their Facebook page, send another query on their website and also tweet about them. Finally received an update on the product that very same night around 1.00 AM. Guess, social media does turn out to be a powerful method to hasten processes.
But I did end up on a promise to the website that this will be the last time I use it for any purchase. Also, thanked them for nothing. Someone better smack me hard on my face before I try to order something else from this website.
