Pathetic Services

Today I recd my order from fashion and you ..was bit excited to receive my product as I ordered for a special occasion. I ordered as per the sizing chart that they mention on website...and when I recd the product it didnt fit me properly.


I called their customer care for replacement or refund.The lady in turn mentions we cant replace ( that’s fine understand might be stock issue), but they denied for refund back .Said will give store credit...WHY...DID I PAID THROUGH STORE CREDIT....NO...I PAID CASH FOR MY ORDER AND THEN WHY SHOULD I BE GIVE SUCH AN ANSWER OF STORE CREDIT....


I receive my order today Jan 19, 2013

Dont understand what sizing chart they follow.....This shows I did a big mistake shopping through Fashion and You….
