I have had an extremely bad experience in all my orders at fashion and you. I placed my first order on 31st dec 2010, order no 172328. After many calls, the products were received on 5th feb. This was also incomplete and one product was said to be not available. Second order dated 26th jan 2011, order no 209894. This was under 7 day delivery and till now i have no idea where it is, already 21 days have gone. On top of it i was again told 1 item not available and rest will be dispatched but no idea when.
Third order, again placed on 26th Jan 2011, under 7 day delivery offer again had the same story. Order no 211738, product not available. And i was forced to cancel my order. I don’t know why do they display the products if not available. And it is always that the better product or product with better pricing is missing. You are waiting for your products and are told not available. Do the management of fashion and you think that people are not affected. After waiting for something for long time , you get only disappointment. Small scale sites work better than this.
I would beware everyone interested in this site, only to order if you are very strong for taking disappointments. I think this site deserves to be moved to consumer court for causing enough mental agony to people. The support staff is never interested in giving a proper reply.
