This is how pathetic the site has become. WRONG PRODUCT meant for someone else delivered to my doorstep when I am not at home.Courier guy insists my servant pays for it just so that he does not have to come back. Bombarded with calls for directions to a place which is just behind a mall. I return the product within the next few days & send the receipt. to FNU team.
They lose that email and ask for the receipt again.when was this? JULY 2012.Today is OCTOBER 2012.Same copy paste email every time. "Sorry for inconvenience", "Escalated to top tier", "Please give us some time". not even a timeline anymore. And you "take pride" in customer satisfaction? PATHETIC! this company is going to the dogs.pull up your socks! I have all the emails you have sent to me. let me sit and count them....the whole day will go. Take some onus and responsibility!
UPDATE: Got a call from them assuring me it will be resolved on Oct 28. Still no response. Shameless. And now I get a call this morning (Nov 5) from their courier company asking if I have a reverse pick up. (which I had given 2 months ago.) take not FNU team. Im going to the CONSUMER COURT on this one.
