My order no is 3978062 dated 24 june dispatched on 5 july from Delhi but not delivered till today and after crossing their own delivery TAT 2-7 days after dispatching they have nothing to say just they are making excuses that we have attempt delivery but it was raining then the other day invoice was not correct on other day consignee refuses to take the order.
I mean are these people are out of their mind or they think customer is fool this is the pathetic service I have ever seen in my entire life. They will never work in India and there courier partner Red Express (courier AWB no 10232312) how can these website and courier company have such an attitude? Is there any forum or any court to take action on these type of complains, please let me know because after paying one month ago we didn’t receive our product yet, it is painful.
