A terrible experience

I was a regular and faithful customer of Fashion and You. But now after my harassment with then I have realized that they are cheats. I have several cases against different order numbers with them.




  1. I tried to place an order with then on 07/06/2012 with my SBI Net Banking. The generated order number is 1991253. An amount of Rs1675 was debited from my account but they showed the transaction to be a failure. After that I have been trying all I could to get them refund my money. I have written to them regularly and several times sent them my updated bank statement clearly showing the debited money. Every time I am getting a different reply.




Sometimes they said, after repeated reminders that they did not receive the money. Sometimes they can tell only after 72 hours which went on to become 7 days. Sometimes no reply what soever. Sometimes misleading lies that Rs 756 have been refunded to my account on 26th June etc etc. Today I wrote then my last mail and have now realized that they will not return me back my money. So I will be dragging them to the court. Not it is not about money alone. It is about business ethics and justice.




  1. In my order number 1984013 I paid Rs 499. It has been a long time and they have not delivered the product. Once I got a call from that they are unable to deliver and will refund me the money. Since then neither did they refund nor did they deliver the product. My mails go unanswered.




  2. Under order number 2054335 they sent a mismatched W kurta. I wanted a refund. They initiated the process when I sent them the snapshot. a Currier was supposed to be sent by them to pick it up from my place on 3rd July.But nobody turned up. I took leave for that and my whole day got wasted.
