Don’t get me wrong, I hate Fashion and You too but only when my product exceeds the time limits for delivery!
The customer care is good, especially on Twitter and Facebook! The response is fast there and free whereas there contact no. is busy during peak hours
I have ordered around 15 items from them till now. One got cancelled ( I got a sorry voucher worth 250Rs.) One got delivered with 3 days and rest between 2weeks and 1.5 months. And as for spam, guys just tell them to stop it on Facebook/Twitter and its done within a few days, tried and tested!
Fny is awesome! There are glitches and delays but in the end the discount matters most!
Stop hating them so much here on mouthshut, they aren’t half as bad ;)
