Fashion and You. Huh!
The survey itself says in last 2 years something drastically wrong is happening with this website.The most over rated site has lost its popularity in last few months.
I have been buying from this website for many years now, but I think after changing the look and content of their website, their services has become worst. which is the most important factor for any business.
Multiple email, multiple complaint all went either unanswered or improperly answered. With all these, I have said a BIG NO to this website.
I think I lost almost 800-1000 Rs just bcoz of their technical failure and unwarranted customer service.The quality of the product is definitely not genuine many a times. I have raised alarm in past as well.
Mentioning few concerns only in last 1 months time:
1) After listing a product, they are unable to get it supplied. This is the worst thing to do in online shopping service. The worst part is they acted upon it after I raised an alarm after almost 12-15 days of order being placed.
After 5 more days they send an email that they are unable to procure the product. Such a shame! God knows when will I receive my money back, I am not even bothered about the reward points that I have used.
2) After they have changed the look and content of the website, I have ordered two different products using my past credits and some reward points.
I had a screenshot of the order made. Even after that they attempted delivery of the orders as COD and the customer support argued that there was no reward point and credit note in my profile. Though I had the proof of order history.
Due to this I had to cancel the order, however I didnt get back credit note yet. I stopped following up because its such a waste of time speaking to customer support.
3) Bruno Manetti Loafer of 1200-1500 was sold at Rs.400 - I bought the product so proudly, just to realize after delivery that this is definitely not an original product.
It was defective, but this time I chose to go to local cobbler and get it stitched, because it was listed under no return/exchange product and obviously the Customer support would not have understood my concern, so I chose not to bother them.
4) Many a times there is problem to check the products itself, because of technical issues within the website. The most scary thing is, if I dont log out from my profile and come back the next day.
I can see someone elses shopping cart instead of mine, however the profile is name. I was surprised to see certain products in my order history, using my own intelligence I logged out and logged in again, after which I realized this is a biggest technical glitch and security issue as well.
With all these, I am signing off my account from the worst website.
Everything su**s, starting from product delivery time, quality of product, technical piece to customer support. Buyers, please be aware!
