I had the worst online shopping experience. All credits to https://fashionandyou.com.
On an unfortunate day, I ordered a set of kurta, churidaar and jacket costing INR 2500. Sizing of the product was very confusing. I ordered ’M’ size from the various options(S 44, M 46, L 48, XL 50.). The moment I made payment, I received invoice wherein size field was left blank. I received product in few days and on physical invoice too, size was left blank intentionally.
I opened the packaging and I was shocked to receive the XL size product. After here the real face of website came into action. As per their so called "Return policy", it is clearly stated, if there would be sizing issue, they would return money.
Since then I have been making several calls to their customer support, writing emails everyday, but it doesn’t bat their eyelid. Till the time you are getting right product from this site, you are fortunate. The moment you get faulty/wrong product, consider you money wasted because there is nothing like customer care in reality for this website.
I have been cursing the day I tried fashionandyou this time instead of going with regular credible players like Myntra/Jabong/Flipkart/Amazon/Yebhi etc.
