I ordered a saree for my mother’s birthday from this site in the last week of December(order no. 3559856). Little did I know that this purchase would soon become a nightmare for me. As promised by them, I received this product after 21 days of ordering. It was a COD order, I paid and felt good.
On gifting the saree, my mother noticed it was a defective piece. After lodging a return request with this site, I was assured that a return would be done in 3-5 days. I waited, and this wait soon turned into eternity. Every time I called, I was assured that a pick up would be done in 3-4 hours! As always, nothing really happened. After fighting hard and telling them about a police complaint, the saree was finally picked up one day, and I was assured a refund within 10 days. As again, days passed. Then, they offered a store credit. On vehement protests, I was assured a credit in my account.
Finally, after exactly 50 days after this order was made, I got a refund. But this involved doing a police complaint as well as calling them insanely almost every other day. It’s just too much hassle with these people.
Would never recommend this site.
