I decided to review fashionandyou.com after reading a lot of negative reviews.
The 1st purchase I made from this website was about 2 years ago for a saree . I got it 15 days after placing the order and it was a COD .
The product was packed well and the quality of the saree was in fact really good .
However , the 2nd order that I placed with them could not be completed as it dint pass the quality check process . It was a COD again .
The CCR was very courteous.
And it did make sense by not sending a defective piece.
The 3rd order that I placed was for 3 sets of anarkali suits and the mode of payment was via debit card .
But I happened to read a lot of negative reviews and it did freak me out .
But to my surprise , I was updated about the status of my order . Received it after 3 weeks . I opened the packets. The salwars were beautifully packed and the quality of the material is excellent.
Placed the 4th order and I’m very happy with it as well .
I don’t know why so many negative reviews have been posted about this website . I never had a bad shopping experience. The call was connected to the CCR within less than a minute .
The only drawback about this website is, u’ll receive your order only after a minimum of 15 -20 days .
But patience is a virtue .
No harm in waiting when you get good quality products at very reasonable rates.
