I ordered a saree on 17th Oct and was informed that I will get it before 3rd Nov, but I am sitting on 13th Nov now, still not received it.
When I call, they ask me to wait for a day and that they will update me themselves on the same. I wait for 2 days but all in vain. Then I write a mail against which there is no reply. Then again I call them and they ruthlessly ask me to wait for one more day.
I don’t know for how long this cycle will continue. My 5000 Rs are stuck and not sure if I will get them back or not. I have lost all the hopes from this website and I have decided not to buy anything from here anymore. Just wanted to share my experience since
I don’t want anyone else to face the same. Better go with Flipkart, Zivame, etc.
