I have placed quite a few orders through fashionandyou.com on earlier occasions and often like to go for online shopping from trusted websites. Though there have been times when the delivery was very timely and the products up to the mark, of late it has become a pain to order through fashionandyou and I find other websites a lot better.
Once I had ordered some t-shirts of a certain size(on the basis of the size chart shown) and they weren’t the right size. I placed a return through courier and after persistently following up with the customer care nothing could be done to track the status and till date I have not received the refund (which I assume I never will!)
Secondly, I have noticed that their delivery has become really sluggish and even though I am a resident of Delhi, my orders do not get delivered before 2 weeks have lapsed(wonder how the service would be for areas further . For this kind of service, they have started demanding Rs. 100 which I feel is extremely unjustified.
Also, at times it has so happened that for no reason the transaction gets cancelled in the middle of nowhere, the amount gets debited and despite being told that the matter would be looked into within 72 working hours, it takes upto even 2 weeks or so.
In consideration of the above shortcomings, I have decided to completely stay away from this website unless they do something about them.
