Pathetic experience

I have placed an order for 5 T-Shirts on 11th May (ORDER: 1886853); I bought few T-shirts in the past as well with F&U. I got my first T –shirt on 13th May from the same order and then after few days I got 3 more and then 3 days back I got 5th One.


First of all I was expecting my order in one shipment but it did not happened and no one informed me about the same and I have taken my time out 3 times to get this shipment. Now the issue is that , I tried all T-shirts and everything went good, however after  wash , One of the T-shirt was not fitting in as the material was pathetic, I ordered Large size and it was okay before wash but after wash it was too small, I was surprised and I called F&YOU. I spoke to one lady name Snighdha and she told me that I can return the T-shirt , however before giving further  information call disconnected and they dint call me back.


I called them again and when I asked the reason for not calling me back, they said they don’t have outbound , anyways when I told them the story they said that there return policy is only for 3 days so they can’t do anything about it.


Now guys this means that if you buy any product from fashion and you and if you realize it after 3 days that its not good or it comes out to be defctive, you are gone”


You will hardly find any online shopping website who does not have a return policy , minimum return period for any shopping website or store would be 7 days and max they go up to 30 days but 3 days, it sucks.


I am very good customer to them, i have ordered at least 10-15 t-shirts from them and also my cousin ordered the stuff of more than 10k and we did not have any complaints as the products were just amazing but if one comes out faulty, isn’t it there responsibility to take it back.


When i asked them, whether customer satisfaction comes first or policys..lady told me that we don’t care about satisfaction, policy comes first, i was shocked.


I do work for customer service but for us customers come first.


I have already forwarded this review to many online consumer forums websites and news media and also will make sure i share it will everyone in facebook and twitter. My whole office does shopping from you people. If i share this with them, you can imagine how you gonna lose your customers.


In today’s world where customer service is priority for every company, f&u is just a disgrace to e commerce industry. I must have possibly spent more than 100 rupees just for phone calls and here is a company which is hell bent not to take a t-shirt back and refund me my money.


Please get my issue fixed**i am your loyal customer. Don’t lose your customers just coz of your policy’s..customer comes first then any one else.
