This is about online website fashionandyou which launches offers every day. Falling in their trap one day I had booked Giordano Travel Bag worth 9K with order number. 795265 on this website hoping for good service.
But to my surprise came the most pathetic experience I have ever faced while shopping online. At the time of booking every thing was simple but once my money was debited from my account I received a shocker. They sent me a mail for order confirmation which mentioned that my order will take 3-4 weeks of time. Earlier while booking no where this was mentioned, but still I waited since it was very offer.
Than 3 weeks later I recieved a mail from fashionandyou mentioning that my order has been dispatched and it had the AWB tracking no. with it. After few days I checked with the courier company AFL and they told me that the shipment was not picked due to improper document to be specific form 50. Than I called up fasionandyou customer service number they told me my order has been dispatched and I should wait. When I told them I had a word with AFL and the shipment has not been picked they said AFL does not have proper tracking system and my order has already been shipped.
After my insisting they took my complaint. Every time in my response to my emails they had some new excuses. They always mentioned we have forwarded your complain to the concerned department and you will receive your shipment soon. I don’t know who this concerned department is. Later on one day I received a mail from them quoting
Dear Priyanka,
Thank you for contacting us.
We are sorry to inform you that as per the information provided by our Order Processing Centre, your order has been sent back to the brand and we do not have it any more in our Order Processing Centre. So, we are unable to re dispatch the order 795265.

I really felt frustrated and cheated, because of them I left the similar offers from other website/ places. Secondly they kept me waiting with false promised. They took my money in advance and they use it for funding their business. When I knew that due to improper paper work by order could not be shipped how come they were unaware about this. I really fail to understand how these people are running their business. They just float lucrative mails, book orders use people money and than finally say we are unable to redispatch.I would suggest everyone to stay away from this site.
