Worst delivery department

I ordered Swift Helicopter from fashionandyou on 15th February 2012 and order number is 1466046. I didnt get this product till now after two months 19th April 2012.


I got confirmation from fashionandyou that order is dispatched on Feb 22. It was shipped through AFL. But tracking ID provided was not working. I asked for correct tracking id details on 24th Feb 2012. On 25th Feb 2012, I got update that complaint forwarded to delivery team and request to wait for three business days.


After three days there is no reply. I asked again. I got reply to wait for one more day on Feb 28th. Again same dialogue in Mar 1st.


After that I called through phone many times and they told after some time they are checking with courier team where is that. After long two months they are now telling that order came back to fashionandyou but they didnt get confirmation and I need to wait for three more working days even for refund.

I called them more than 10 times through phone and through mail.


Worst service I ever seen.... fashionandyou site organized better and ordering is easy. But service is worst and if some problem happen in shipment you will not get help and you need to loose your money, time and couple of phone calls.


They are not at all responsible for proper shipment and getting details from there own courier partners taking hell lot of time........


ordering in fashionandyou is like tossing a coin. sometimes you will get it delivered quickly.... sometimes not even after two months like my case.....


I will not recommend fashionandyou.
