Horrible support and delievery

I ordered HTC -Tmobile -G2, order no 1701542 from fashionandyou.com on 31 march 2012.

Received the delivery on Apr 16 ..... acceptable!.

Now things go wrong. They shipped HTC G2 "touch" instead of HTC G2. Several mails have been exchanged, gave them a picture of the product ordered and received, still waiting for reply. Seems like they are questioning my ability to see and perceive things rather than checking their own inventory.

Best part about the portal - you cant see products later on, once you have placed the order !

Good feature if the intent is to cheat.

Good thing that I did take a snapshot of the product which I ordered, otherwise I might have to rely on "expertise" of fashion and you.
