I had been a frequent buyer at this website but it’s customer service is getting horrible day by day.
Firstly, even if the product is on express sale, it takes 10-20 days for the product to be delivered. Then, if I request for a reverse pick up, that is not done before another 10-20 days, including tons of emails and phone calls to remind them for the same.
Later, they say that the refund would be done in 2 days but that is also never done before 7-10 days. In short, one order takes 2-3 months to get a closure!
They have gone so cheap that if I post the complaint on their FB page, they shamelessly go on and delete the post.
GOD, save them!
