I have been a regular customer from this site, in fact even told friends to join it, however I really feel stupid as to why I ever did so cause in the end all companies which are small start ups in India in recent times make promises which they can never deliver over the long run. I ordered a wall clock from them in the first week of August for which I got delivery after 15 days. When I got back to town I opened the case and saw that the clock is not working at all since the hands of the clock are overlapping and hence cannot show the correct time. I sent a mail to their team on 18th August to support@fashionandyou.com.
Till date all I hear from this woman - Ms Neha Chawla, are excuses and stuff like "you courier us the parcel, we will pay for the courier charges", I did that, and the courier company comes back to me saying that they refused to accept it. (it was not a holiday, not a weekend, they just didnt feel like accepting it). Then I wrote again and she said we will have it picked up within 72 hours. Its been days that the same old story is continuing where she just keeps extending the deadline, when I ask her to forward me her seniors email id there is no response to that.
I shall now post against them wherever I can...it seems Uppal just founded the company and then decided to let go and let idiotic fools to handle the operations. Third rate Site, pathetic services and incompetent staff! That woman should definitely be sacked since there was NOT ONE courtesy call made in order to apologise for the inconvenience and harassment I have to go through for money which I gave them trustingly.
