This is the worst website ever! They only have one answer "I am sorry I cannot help you!". I placed an order on 30/7/2012 (order no: 2192933) and waited for ever for delivery. Then I finally get the 3 kurtas I ordered and guess what? The sizes are totally wrong. I place an order for return and I get a response to pick up the products after a month! The guy takes the 3 kurtas back and gives me wrong receipts. I get a call saying that I have to take the clothes back. I have an argument with the guy and he finally accepts their fault.. I wait for the cheque. Nothing! I put a query on the website.. nothing.. then again, I call up customer service with complaint. Then finally they acknowledge my return and give me store credit. I tell them that the experience has been painful and that all I want is my money back. But they do not help.
I resign and decide to buy something from them and finish it off.. but guess what, even buying from them is impossible. Add something to shopping bag and try adding more items or taking it to the end of the process and I guarrentee that you will not be able to finish the transaction! The shopping bag gets emptied automatically or store credit is not a option of payment at all! I try for an navigating through that unfriendly website again and again to pick the same item I chose and face the same issue. I give up and then try to call them and ask for my money back. Same response!! "Sorry you will have to use store credits and we will not give your money back".
Worst customer service, worst website. I urge everyone to never buy from them.
