I have been shopping on fashionandyou.com for 4months now. I have bought clothes, 2 watches and some other stuff from them, and besides the delivery time, had no other qualms. The quality of all the products was good, and the branded products were original.
Two of my orders were also cancelled. I was shocked to see that but when I sent them a mail regarding the same, the customer care executive replied that the products didn’t pass their quality test and they had to cancel the order. but I was relived when I received the refund after two days.
