Delivery Boys and their management

If there was an option of putting negative ratings to the section of service and support, I would have given it negative ratings... I ordered few things from fnu, but the delivery boy is not delivering it to me. It as been 4-5 days since it has arrived the nearest delivery counter.   On first day, they reached my address without calling me at 5’o clock. I told them that since I work I wont be able to receive past 12 noon. So they said that they will deliver it next day. then I waited till 1 PM next day n hopes that maybe they will deliver it today. When the delivery boy comes next day, he says that he couldnt find my parcel. Now, next day he says, that he will be delivering it tomorrow for sure.


Today they are saying that it’s not possible for them to deliver it before 12. So in nutshell, I have been calling them like 10 times a day for past 4-5 days, still I haven’t received my parcel and I dont have any hope of getting it now. If I call customer support, they say they "CANT GUARANTEE ANYTHING BUT WILL FORWARD MY CONCERNS" - I dont know what this means...I have placed three orders one is prepaid and other two are COD - (1481319, 1481366, 1481379), for the COD orders, not I am going to return them without paying, just worried about the prepaid one, for that one also, if I dont et it delivered in next 1-2 day, I will file for money return. I dont care if they delete my membership as I am not going to make any purchase from FNU from today onward. Nam of the Delivery guy who refused to ship - Ankit Singh, Prasad. Fashion and You Management - if you do read this review please ask your delivery guys to behave properly and rather than keepng your own courier service, give it in hands of some good courier company as clearly you are not able to manage it. Other e-commerce companies like healthkart, flipkart, even 99 labels, they provide better service than you do.
