A good e-commerce website needs to be very professional at their approach. I will my fiorts ordered product today after giving us 6 phone calls before delivering. I had ordered for the product 1 month back but it is getting delivered today finally.
After reading the reveiws also I am scared that at what status the products will be delivered at home as I m in office and I will away to check the product. After reading the reviews I m very afraid what will be the product. Well this is for sure I will not buy any products from them. They are very poor at deliveries nad customer care. I called up more than ten times and I could make to talk to customer care people twice only. and they confirmed that parcel has left a week before but when it will reach you no idea and girl said I cannot give you the a.w.bill no also as we are not allowed to do so.
F&u is charging us for the courier also and look at the services. I am sorry to say that face value is good but heart and brain is very polluted and bad. I would only say F&u is loosing good and prospective customers.
