Summary: They have taken my money and didn’t deliver the items and now not refunding my money back.

I want to file a complaint against ’Fashion and You’ online shopping website. I placed an online order for 11 different items on Jan-26-2011. It was cash on delivery of Rs. 5038.00. On 11th Feb-2011 I got several calls from Bluedart courier company that they have my order of COD Rs. 5038.00 and they will deliver it in the afternoon and they asked me to keep Rs. 5038.00 ready. When Bluedart delivered the package it was the very big box wrapped up with huge packing. I gave them Rs. 5038.00 on 11-Feb-2011 and the delivery boys left after taking the money from me.
When I opened the box there was only 4 small items worth Rs. 44 in the box. ’Fashion and You’ company didn’t dispatch other 7 big items and took the whole amount from me. Now its more a month chasing with Fashion and you and Bluedart but nobody is refunding my money.
Bluedart is saying that they were asked to collect Rs. 5038.00 from me and have given the money to ’Fashion and You’ and ’Fashion and You’ is keep telling me that they will issue the refund cheque within 72 hours and its more than a month I haven’t received the cheque. I just called ’Fashion and You’ and this is my atleast 15 times I have called them and still they haven’t issued the cheque. They keep passing phone from one customer executives to another. Akansha to Amit to Tarun to Jagat to Shalini but nobody is taking any action.
This has grown into a deep frustration about ’Fashion and You’ company and I am really pissed off with their attitude. They are only interested in taking your money. They have no database, no record no processes and still they are doing business and ripping off people like me.
Fashion and You is a company that will RIP you OFF, they take full money from you, never deliver items and never refund your money ...wow what a company!!
