I have always been a fanatic when it came to shopping online, right from the time ebay set foot in India. However, now whichever direction you set forth – some website or the other hits you in the face like Mohammed Ali in his prime.
The other day, I had ordered an Ed Hardy Tee from Fashion and You and they kind of changed my opinion on online shopping from Indian shopping. Contrary to the many reviews here I actually went against, these guys are pretty good.
The usability of the website is simplistic and over-ridden by techie madness! Seriously! The customer care lines were not busy, when I panicked after I paid up for my tee – All they did was soothe and calm. All in all, it was a nice experience and yes I have worn my Ed Hardy Tee a million times.
However, all said and done 3 weeks for a delivery is a bit of a test on the patience. If Fashion and You could settle that issue, I’d see them giving a lot of people a run for their money.
