Worst online shopping experience you can EVER get!

This website looks glossy and rich, all right. But consider it a curse if you have placed an order with fashionandyou.com, that’s how you will feel after they take your money and don’t deliver your product and don’t respond to your calls and mails.


Being a very frequent online shopper from ebay, bsb (yebhi), myntra, infibeam, flipkart, shopper’s stop, landmark, exciting lives, etc., fashionandyou has just left a very bitter experience which I have never faced with any other online shopping portal.


Order number 149593, includes a luxury product which was supposed to be delivered within 7 days as per their website. Now, it is Week 3, and still no signs or intimation from them whatsoever and they hang up on my face when I call them.


They give a tracking ID but don’t provide the name of the courier. In the end it turns out that its just a fake random number they give you to shut your mouth for a while, while you’re assuming that the product is in transit.


If anyone from fashionandyou is reading this, can you please have the decency to give me an update on when will the product be delivered. If not for anything, at least for the fact that you took my money, you owe me an explanation.
