I had ordered Tresmode Shoe and an eye color pencil from FashionAndYou.com using a friend referral voucher on the 22nd Sept, 2010. These were delivered to me through Aramex courier on 23rd October, 2010 (Shipment number 6181480793). The shoe size did not fit unlike expected. Hence, I called up FashionAndYou on the next day to get it picked up.
Since then for the next 3 months, I called their customer support several times and also sent them many reminder mails but only a system generated acknowledgement of receipt of mail comes.
I did not receive any call from courier to pick up my order even though the customer service people replied once or twice that they are following up with the courier company to get the item picked up.
Finally on 5th January, 2010 they replied back with the address of their warehouse. I promptly couriered the item to their warehouse using BlueDart (Waybill No : 13093725610) which was delivered to them on 12th January, 2010. The customer support person even confirmed the receipt of the item.
Since then I have been calling their customer service daily and every time they say that the amount will be refunded to me by store credit withing 24 hours and sometimes 72 hours. Its more than a week now and no action has been taken.
As you can see, I have been continuously harassed by FashionAndYou for the past 4 months and am still fighting to get my hard earned money back for the product which I have returned to them.
Their customer service representatives are a gang of idiots who neither care for your concern nor even know how to speak english properly. You can hear them fumbling with words everytime you speak to them.
