Fashion and you the worst e com store...Beware !

I had ordered 3 Kurtis in the month of Sep. for my dad to be delivered in Kolkata. The delivery time said 4 weeks which was at least promising the delivery before Diwali. When the consignment was not delivered 1 day after Diwali I called the customer care and it was told to me that the material was already dispatched and was in transit and gave me an AWB no. for Blue Dart.


On following up with Blue Dart I received a communication after 4 days stating that the consignment was not traceable and that I should ask the shipper to re send the material. When this communication was forwarded to Fashionandyou I received an email stating that "  We acknowledge your concern and apologize for the inconvenience cause due to delay. However we are looking into the issue on top priority and your request is already under process, Kindly allow us some time regarding the same. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard. This was in Oct. 2nd week and today its Nov 3rd week and still I have neither received a refund for the money paid nor the product. Every mail is answered as how much they regret my inconvenience. On talking to the customer support team the same answer is given and at times they slam the phone on my face when no response is available. Till date no action has been taken to give my money back.


This is a dubious e comm store and people please beware of being cheated before you actually indulge yourself by their false promises and decide to waste your money on this site.
