I purchased 5 items as gifts for my sisters for Rakshabandhan recently. I got the first 3 of them after 4 weeks and realized that Id have to go the tailors at least twice before they become wearable. FnY does not mention anything about lengths of apparel in their description. Awesome!
As if this surprise was not enough, 10 days(5 weeks after my purchase) later, I get an email that 2 of the 5 items I purchased are out of stock now. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The email did not say anything about what I could do now? Should I buy something of the same price on FnY - no mention of that! Will my money be refunded! No clue! Devastated, I called their Customer Care a few days later to check. The woman on the other side says that my money has been refunded. Still hasnt come!
I wait for a few more days. It hasnt arrived. Is HDFC cheating me - of course not(they do understand customer service). I call up again and this time, the guy says that the amount for one of the undelivered items has been refunded to my account(like yesterday) and the remaining amount hasnt been, yet. What are they doing with that(its been 2 weeks) - investing in mutual funds! This time, I was much more angry! After all this, the guy offers me a 250 bugs voucher as condolence! Thats amazing! Guess, what I can buy with 250 bugs on FnY! Nothing! I am still waiting!
