As per me fashion and you is the worst on line portal and pathetic in their services , I have placed 2 orders with them , one with 2352758 CC and other 2359403 COD . Order delivery time was 3 weeks , I dint got my order in 3 weeks I regularly spoke to their supervisor , no one was able to resolve my query and asked me for 2 days time and no one has ever called back , amit , ashish and damit ... Amit even ensured me to me to get me express delivery of my COD order as I wanted to gift it .. but No response.
In the end I received my one product out of 2352758 , for which I initiated the return the very next day ... Its been 22 days the return has not been initiated till date and the excuse for intial 10 days was that their systems are nt working. I twice received called from fashion and you to check pick up for my product .
In the end I had to cancel my rest of the order 2359403 and partial order 2352758 , and post cancellation I was suppose get my money back of cancelled order in my ccand its over a week and still amount has been reversed. THEY ARE PATHETIC and Specially their Supervisor and have absolutely no idea about any thing ..Pls dnT buy anything
