I returned two products to’fashionara’ and they promise by their mail that they arrange to pickup the return product within 24 hours, but around 20 days lapsed yet they didn’t pick up product, several time I contact customer care but only promise, not action
They are a fraud company - not having any customer service to resolve the issue. Customer service will always say that they have sent a mail to returns department. No way to escalate.
My strongly advice - Stay away from these crooks. buy from flipkart or amazon
