I ordered a pair of kurtas from this site, and it landed up almost the next day at my address. I was traveling and couldn’t pick them up, but they came back multiple times till I told them to come on a specific day. What I loved was the way the kurtas were packed inside gift wrapping individually and then packaged in a regular hard envelope.
After my first experience, I ordered for the second time, but am yet to receive anything. Thankfully, I have chosen COD as a mode of payment. What I dislike is the fact that they have put my order on hold without providing a clear reason.
