STAY AWAY HOW COME THEY ARE IN BUSINESS LIKE THAT?

Fashionara.com gets zero star from me. I bought some dresses online from Fashionara.com. Later I returned one dress and asked my money to put back in my bank account. Fashionara.com. said OK, provide your bank detail and money will be in your account with 7-10 business days.


I provided my bank detail and waited 7-10 days and no money, so I called back its no and told my concern. Customer care person said I will forward your concern to concerned department and this issue would be solve in 3-4 days and somebody definitely call you back with in 24 hours. I again waited 1 week and no money in my account and no call either. So I wrote the email and called it again. This time customer care person said that they have put back my money in my bank account check it before calling. I said my bank account is in front of my eyes as I talk to you. There is no money came back from Fashionara.com. Then he said okay, I will check again and forward my concern to concerned team and some one will call you with in 24 hours.


I waited 1 weeks and again no money back in my account, so I again wrote a email and called it again. The customer care person again repeated the same answer "okay I will check again and forward my concern to related team and some one will call you with in 24 hours". And money will be in my account with 3-4 days. I waited again 1 week and no money in my bank account. So I wrote it again and called.


The person repeated the same answer as usual. Fashionara.com and I kept going like that for some more weeks. Then I got a email from Fashionare.com saying that it has returned my money back in my bank account a long time back but I am saying that I did get any money back from Fashionara.com. So now Fashionara.com needs to see my bank statement from this to this date. I was really shocked to read this like I was lying all the way up. Instead Fashionara.com lied to me all the way up and I need to show the proof. I sent my bank statement to Fashionara.com, so it can see that there is no money back from it.


Again I waited 1 week but no body replied that email and no one called either. So I called it again and told the person if Fashionara has seen my email about my bank statement. He said yes I accept there’s no my back from us but he has no idea what concerned team is doing about your case and again he will forward my concern to concerned team and this issue would be resolved with 3-4 days. After that I called Fashionra.com every other day about my concern and kept receiving the same old replies from customer care person. And one day I got a call from Fashionara.com and the person said that he is deeply sorry that Fashionara.com did not returned your money. Then he said that now he himself will be doing NEFT and this issue would be resolved in 3-4 days no matter what and my money would be in my account.


And again that time limit has passed and no money in my account to this date (March 22, 2014) as I write this review today. Again I have sent a email and called it a few days back. Now I have no idea what to do? I am so furious and frustrated about it. I wonder if they have any work ethics or slurping customers money like that? Please suggest me how to deal with it and get my money back? Guys stay away from it or if you don’t then don’t return any product even you don’t like it otherwise Fashionara is going to gulp your money like never before-never after.


Please share if anybody else had this kind of situation with FASHIONARA.COM. I will update my review when I get my money back from Fashionara.com.
