I purchased few items from Fashionara with order id 100174981.
After 7 days their logistics partner(Gati) called me to say that he cannot do a door to door delivery and was asking me to collect the product from his office or else pay 400 rupees as delivery charges. It was really shocking!
As I never faced such an issue with other eCommerce sites like Jabong, Flipkart. I have finally cancelled the order today. Now hope they don’t delay the refund process.
My advice to the management - Improve your logistics and delivery mechanism or you will lose customers.
Hopefully you will work on my review so that I have a better shopping experience next time on Fashionara.
