I have placed more than 16 orders with Fashionara and overall they are a good site with lots of benefits like try at home, jeans alteration.
But if you are returning a product, then be very careful.They issue a refund but it never reaches your account.This has happened twice.One product that I had prepaid 2000/- for, when was returned by me.
Initially they gave the money in my fashionara account, eventhough I had requested a refund to my bank account.I had to go though a verbal fight with the customer care to get my work done.
Again I had placed an order on 10th of August.Order number is 1200167476 and amount paid was 2740/-Pick up was done very late after I emailed their Grievance Officer.I was told that the money was refunded on 2nd of September.I was never emailed about this eventhough they usually email you once initiating a refund.
I never got the money back.After calling customer care again I was informed that money was refunded on 13th October after my call to them and not on 2nd September.Then again no information.Again when I called they told me that they have refunded the money on 2nd Sep.When I said I didn’t receive the money I was told that I need to call my bank.
How can I not get money if you have refunded it back?So many other people also transfer money to my account and I always receive the money without a fail.And how is it supposed to be my responsibility?You should call the bank and ask Fashionara.
