Weirdest customer care service ever, I call them up asking for help as I can’t place my order, they advice me to delete my browser history to fasten up my internet speed .i comply on that advice and grudgingly delete my all the stored information, all the time asking myself if I really need the stuff so badly.
anyhow, after the deed is done, I proceed to place the order again, gleefully using the coupon and clicking away, lo and behold, the site still crashes.all that deletion for nothing.
I call the customer care again, asking them to place the order on my behalf and make it COD.The clueless/poor girl could not access her own website!(okay, weird.!) then she asks me to write a complaint/request to their computer gods to help with the crawling speed of their website . wow.
when I tell her politely to "forget about it cause I wont be shopping from their website again." she replies with a "oh . that’s too bad, sorry for the inconvenience"
my advice is . if you really really really like something from their website, sure, go knock yourself out. but if you don’t want the headache and are okay with’not buying’ then please avoid this website. There are tons of other better online stores out there, a fact that fashinara site has clearly forgotten.
