Have requested for a replacement of my UCB T shirt from my order no 100030219. The product was picked from my place on 6th and I was told that replacement will be delivered on 8th. When I called up the CSD on 8th , I was told that it will be delivered on 10th. On 10th it was told that it will be delivered on 12th and on 12th when I called it was said that it will be delivered ASAP.
This kind of service is absolutely ridiculous. This is my first experience of using Fashionara and the service quality is pathetic. Customer service people picks up the phone and tells that it is a issue with returns team as if they are separate company.
Absolute pathetic service, would not use it again
