Everybody Please READ THIS.
Got cheated big-time with cash-on-delivery and order on Call.
Since I could not place the order online I had ordered the peep toe patent heels via call/phone.
On delivery the item size did not match and hence the delivery person did a casual reject of the order and got the payment. He ordered a different size of the shoes and mentioned that the amount would be used for that item. But the new item also was rejected due to size issues.
The delivery person mentioned that the amount would be added to my Fashionara account and later could be used for shopping or requested to be transferred to my bank account by providing details.
P.S: NO mail has been sent regarding the above order to my mail ID. Even this was mentioned to delivery person and the customer care more than 2-3 times. Due to this I am left with no order number for that transaction as well.

But nothing has been done, the amount never got credited. And due to issues with the site login account[which I reported to customer care along with this order issue in subject- second time on 7th Jan-2015] I am unable to complain online or get any furtehr resolution.
The amount to be returned is 650rs.
Would have appreciated at least some kind of response -from this cheater. but alas the customer care is dead as well.!
Did not expect such kind of service[cheating] from Fashionara. I trusted the delivery person and your store. Hoping that you will stand up to it.
Otherwise this will be last order from my end and many of friends would also be stopping their regular purchases on your site.
